Today we are here to support CDM in Burma. Today we are gathering here to denounce and condemn the military coup in Burma. Today we come together here to pay our respect to all fallen heroes who have sacrificed their lives for freedom. Today we are here as one big family to show that we are with our brothers and sisters in Burma, fighting to end the military regime!

33 years ago on March 20th, 1988 I was released from the notorious Insein prison along with many students, after excruciating experience and nightmares in prison! Many civilians and students were arrested and killed during ’88 uprising just because of peacefully protesting against the military government known as the Burma Socialist Program Party at that time.

I vividly still remember how cruel and how inhumane this military coup was and still is. I know how they could do damages to our country and the people just to have illegitimate power over the people! For years they have done way more than enough damages to the country and they have taken away so many innocent and precious lives. Since Feb. 1st of this year, thousands of civilians have been arrested and more than 300 have been killed including children. The use of deadly force is deliberate. Several civilians were shot in the head. Many cities have become ghost cities and also many parts of the country have become battle fields.

Even though the military and police responsibilities are to protect the citizens and defend the country, in Burma they have become enemies of the public by robbing, torturing and killing innocent people day and night. No places are safe anymore in Burma. They have destroyed our cities, they have burnt our houses. Enough is enough now! We cannot lose this time by giving up! Let's not repeat the same mistake, we made in 1988 by giving up so soon!

The military regime will have no more power!

The military regime must go down!

The military regime will cease forever!

We have to make sure that there is no more military dictator and coup in our country for generations to come!

I would also like to thank for all the steps taken by US, UK, EU and the UN Security Council to dismantle the military regime. We also fully support what the US secretary of state Anthony Blinken said, I quote “we call again the military regime to release those unjustly detained, halt the brutal killings, and return power to democratically elected government”.

Today once again we urgently call upon international communities, all democratic countries around the world to take severe pressure and actions on the military regime. All statements and concerns are not strong enough to do any damages. What we need right now is a real action to finish the military coup in Burma.

Let me conclude my short speech by quoting what Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said “The time is always right to do what is right” That right time is right now. Let’s start doing it right, right this very moment! Together we'll win! We shall overcome soon! Freedom, liberty, justice, prosperity and democracy will once again reign in Burma.

Ready to lay down my life for freedom!

I used to be very proud of what I did!

But when I saw civilians without any weapons

Dare to fight with the military coup (terrorist),

Leaving their jobs and living quarters behind for CDM, my sacrifice was nothing compared to what they are doing now!

I salute all of you, who left your job without looking back. I admire your bravery and perseverance for the cause of freedom!

Indeed you all are true heroes of

Our country. We shall overcome!

    

   

 I want to cry now, but I will not cry

Because I know very soon I will laugh at them (The military coup)

I want to shout at you MAH but I will not

Because I know very soon you will be quiet

My people back home, when I see the suffering

I want to be there with you.. My thoughts, prayers and spirit are with you!

I admire your perseverance and courage to dismantle the coup!

You all are our heroes!

I have so many sleepless nights since February 1st

MAH will continue to do whatever he can to survive

နိုင်ငံတကာ သို့ Burma မြန်မာပြည် အတွက် အသနားခံစာ

၁)၂၀၁၀ ခုနှစ် ဩဂုတ်လ ၅ရက်နေ့ က ချီလီနိုင်ငံ တွင် ကြေးနီသတ္တုတွင်း ပြိုကျခဲ့တုန်း က NASA နဲ့ အတူ နိုင်ငံတကာမှ အဖွဲ့အစည်း ၁၂ ခု က အလျင်အမြန် အကူအညီပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

၂)ထိုင်းပြည်မှာ ဘောလုံးသမားလူငယ်လေး ၁၂ ယောက် ကျောက်ဂူ ထဲမှာ ပိတ်မိနေစဉ်က ဩစတြေးလျ၊ ဗြိတိန်၊ အစ္စရေး နဲ့ အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု တို့မှ အကူအညီအထောက်အပံ့များ ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

၃)ဆဒန်ဟူစိန် ကို "လူအမြောက်အများ တစ်ပြိုင်နက် သေစေသော လက်နက်" များ ရှာမတွေ့ခဲ့ပဲ တောင် သတ်ပစ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

၄)NATO နဲ့ အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု ဟာ ၂၀၁၁ မှာ ဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ လစ်ဗျား အရေးမှာ ပါဝင်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး၊ သွယ်ဝိုက်သောနည်း ဖြင့် မိုဟာမက်ကဒါဖီ ကို သေစေခဲ့ပါတယ်။

၅)၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီ ၃ရက် နေ့မှာ အီရန် မှ စစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီး ကာဆမ် ဆိုလေမာနီ ကို အမေရိကန် drone လေယာဉ်ဖြင့် ပစ်သတ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ အချင်းအရာ တွေ ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါလျှင်၊ မြန်မာပြည် ကို ဘာကြောင့်မလုပ်ပေးနိုင်ရပါမှာလဲ?

အခုဆိုရင် နေ့စဉ်ညတိုင်း မြန်မာပြည်မှာ လက်နက်မဲ့ပြည်သူတွေ ကို စစ်တပ် က စစ်မြေပြင် သကဲ့သို့ သတ်ဖြတ်နေကြပါတယ်။ ယခုဆိုလျှင် အသတ်ခံရသူ ပေါင်း ၅၂ ယောက် ရှိပါပြီ။ စစ်တပ်မှ အဝေးပစ်သေနတ်သမားများ အသုံပြု၍ ပြည်သူတွေရဲ့ ဦးခေါင်း ကို ချိန်ပစ်နေကြပြီး လူအများအပြားဟာ နေရာတွင်ပင် ပွဲချင်းပြီး အသက် ဆုံးပါး နေကြရပါတယ်။ ဒါကို မှ ဆိုးသွမ်းညစ်ယုတ်သော လုပ်ရပ် လို့ ကျွန်ုပ် တို့ မခေါ်ဆိုရလျှင် ဘယ်အရာ ကို ဆိုးသွမ်းညစ်ယုတ်တဲ့ လုပ်ရပ် လို့ ခေါ်ရမယ်မှန်း ကျွန်ုပ် မသိတော့ပါ။ အပြစ်မဲ့ ပြည်သူများ က စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှု ကို ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ဆန္ဒပြနေကြတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အခု ကမ္ဘာ အရပ်ရပ် က အာရုံတွေ က ဘယ်မှာပါလဲ? UN နဲ့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ကို မြတ်နိုးကြတဲ့ အခြားအနောက်နိုင်ငံ တွေ က ယခု ဖြစ်နေတဲ့ တရားမျှတမှုမရှိသော၊ ရက်စက်လွန်းသော လက်နက်မဲ့ပြည်သူ ကို ပစ်ခတ်နေတဲ့ စစ်တပ် ကို ဘာလုပ်နေကြပါသလဲ? မြန်မာပြည်က စစ်တပ် ဟာ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်အမျိုးမျိုးတွေ၊ ရှုံ့ချချက်တွေ အစရှိတာတွေ ကို ဂရုမစိုက်ပါ။ မြန်မြန်ဆန်ဆန် လုပ်စရာရှိတာမလုပ်လျှင် မရေမတွက်နိုင်အောင် သွေးချောင်းစီးနေဦးမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

မြန်မာပြည်က စစ်တပ် ကို အထိနာစေအောင် အမှန်တကယ်လုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ တိုင်းပြည်တွေအားလုံး အမြန်လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးကြပါ။ ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မတို့ ကို ကယ်ကြပါ။ မြန်မာပြည် ဟာ စစ်မြေပြင်သကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်နေပါပြီ။ မြန်မာပြည်အရပ်ရပ်မှ တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်များ ကိုလည်း အားလုံးအတူ ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ဘုံရန်သူ ကို ပြတ်ပြတ်သားသားပြန်တိုက်ပေးဖို့ တောင်းပန်ပါတယ်ဗျာ။ မှန်ကန်တဲ့ လုပ်ရပ်ကို လုပ်ဖို့ ဘယ်အချိန်ဖြစ်ဖြစ် သင့်လျော်ပါတယ်။

A Plea To International For Burma (Myanmar)

1)   When the San Jose copper mine collapsed in Chili on August 5, 2010 the NASA and 12 corporations from around the world rushed to help them.

2)   When a Thai soccer team of 12 kids got trapped in a cave, Australia, Britain, China, Israel and USA helped them with resources.

3)   Saddam Hussein was killed even though “weapons of mass destruction” never have been found.

4)   NATO and USA involved in 2011 Libyan civil war and indirectly killed Muammar Gaddafi.

5)   Iranian general Qasem Soleimani was killed on January 3, 2020 by the USA drone.

If the above 5 points could be done, why can’t it be done in Burma?

Now Burma (Myanmar) is like a war zone between unarmed civilians and the military Junta, killing innocent civilians every day and night. Now the dead bodies count is 52. The military used snipers to shoot at their heads and many died instantly at the spot. If we don’t call this an evil act, I don’t know what an evil act is anymore! Civilians are just peacefully protesting against the military coup and they did nothing wrong!

Now where is the world’s attention? Where are the UNO and all those rich and human rights loving western countries do to stop this unfair, brutal war between unarmed civilians and army? The Burmese military does not care about all those numerous statements and condemning them..blah..blah..etc.  If no actions are taken soon enough, there will be countless bloodshed again.

To all those countries who can do real damages to the Burmese military regime please act quickly. Help us! Burma has become a war zone. I also beg all ethic arm bearing groups in Burma to unite and fight against our main enemy. It is always the right time to do the right thing.

Burma desperately needs help ASAP! SOS! How long the world is going to watch?

Burma is crying, Burma is burning, Burma is bleeding, Burma is losing, Burma is dying….
